Job Overview:
- Lead a dedicated team of clinicians while providing exceptional patient care in a workplace health environment.
- 90% of the role focuses on clinical patient care, and 10% on administrative tasks like recruitment, business metrics, and center management.
- Opportunity to blend patient care with leadership, managing both clinical and operational aspects of the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and treat patients with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Provide leadership in training, mentoring, and developing clinical staff and colleagues.
- Ensure clinical operations are carried out according to the clinical model and practice regulations.
- Oversee the execution of daily patient care and ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
- Monitor center operations to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and achievement of business goals.
- Help drive center performance through strategic leadership and clinical oversight.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in any of the following fields:
- Family Practice
- Occupational Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Emergency Department (ED)
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R preferred.
- Licensure as a Medical Doctor (MD) in the state of California.
- Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
- Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
- Occupational Medicine experience is preferred, but training is available for otherwise qualified candidates.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
- No weekends, no nights, no holidays.
- 30+ days off annually.
