Job Overview:

Lead a dedicated team of clinicians while providing exceptional patient care in a workplace health environment.
90% of the role focuses on clinical patient care, and 10% on administrative tasks like recruitment, business metrics, and center management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and treat patients with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
Provide leadership in training, mentoring, and developing clinical staff and colleagues.
Ensure clinical operations are carried out according to the clinical model and practice regulations.
Oversee the execution of daily patient care and ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
Monitor center operations to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and achievement of business goals.
Help drive center performance through strategic leadership and clinical oversight.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in any of the following fields:
- Family Practice
- Occupational Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Emergency Department (ED)
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R preferred.
Licensure as a Medical Doctor (MD) in the state of California.
Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
Occupational Medicine experience is preferred, but training is available for otherwise qualified candidates.
