Job Description

Job Overview:

  • Lead a dedicated team of clinicians while providing exceptional patient care in a workplace health environment.
  • 90% of the role focuses on clinical patient care, and 10% on administrative tasks like recruitment, business metrics, and center management.
  • Opportunity to blend patient care with leadership, managing both clinical and operational aspects of the center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and treat patients with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • Provide leadership in training, mentoring, and developing clinical staff and colleagues.
  • Ensure clinical operations are carried out according to the clinical model and practice regulations.
  • Oversee the execution of daily patient care and ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Monitor center operations to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and achievement of business goals.
  • Help drive center performance through strategic leadership and clinical oversight.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in any of the following fields:
    • Family Practice
    • Occupational Medicine
    • Internal Medicine
    • Emergency Department (ED)
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R preferred.
  • Licensure as a Medical Doctor (MD) in the state of California.
  • Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
  • Occupational Medicine experience is preferred, but training is available for otherwise qualified candidates.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
  • No weekends, no nights, no holidays.
  • 30+ days off annually.
